Abstract: We shall prove equivalence of the Neumann Laplacian definitions through quadratic forms and through the explicit boundary condition in a two-dimensional region with a smooth boundary (C^3 smoothness assumed) the curvature of which increases slower than linearly with the distance from the origin.
