Jury

The verdict

At its closing session on November 30, 2017, the jury decided to award the main prize to for the thesis Explorations in the Conformal Bootstrap for his impostant contributions to the analytic method of conformal bootstrap and its applications in strongly interacting conformal theories in three and four dimensions.

The jury also decided to give a honourable mention to the thesis of entitled Quantum aspects of beyond-Standard-model theories with extended gauge symmetries containing both the amount of her own research and review work on the experimental and theoretical background of the Standard Model with its strengths and possible extensions as well as a clear and mature presentation at a high scientific level.
