I professionally grew up at the Institute of Plasma Physics. I did both my Master and my PhD theses on the CASTOR tokamak which was relocated to the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2006 and named GOLEM. I continued my work on re-installation of the COMPASS tokamak, which we got from Culham. Then I left to India and to Australia. After I came back to Prague, I joined the Physics and Technology of Thermonuclear Fusion back at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering where I am involved in education in the Thermonuclear Fusion, including building the PlasmaLab@CTU.
