Registration
To register to the ICMP 2009 Congress please complete the on-line Registration Form.
After submitting the filled in form you will be provided with the e-mail confirmation that submission was done successfully. After the registration fee is covered you will receive the Confirmation of the Registration from the Congress Secretariat.
In case of difficulties during the registration process please contact the Congress Secretariat.
Terms of Payment
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by:
1. Credit Cards
Only Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted.
According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in the local currency – Czech crowns (CZK) using the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 27,5 CZK.

Payment details - "participant's name / 909" (if it from some reason impossible to include the name of the bank to the bank transfer kindly mark "909" only).
Please note that all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant.

. The copy of the bank transfer helps to identify your payment easily. When sending the fax do not forgot to mark the name of the participant there!
Cancellations and Refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of registration by fax (+420 224 942 550) or by e-mail. Telephone amendments will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
Refund of registration fees, less the 25% administrative charge is possible if the cancellation in writing reaches the Congress Secretariat before June 1, 2009.
After this date no refund will be possible, the congress materials will be sent to the registered participant after the Congress.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims againt the organisers should the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political and/or economical events, or generally by force majeure, or should the failure of speakers to appear or any other reason require programme changes.
Name change
Should you be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague instead of you. Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about any name change. Handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change.

Tax invoices
All fees are quoted in EUR and include VAT 19%. Tax invoices will be issued automatically upon receipt of any payment. They will be sent by e-mail or can be collected at the registration desk of the Congress
